The Third & The Seventh

This is all CGI. Absolutely stunning. I didn’t realize it was CGI until 5 minutes in.

Wow. Just wow. Now I’m not all gaga over this as some bit of modern architecture as art or anything, just purely from a technical standpoint. The only thing that gives this away as CGI is the physical impossibility of some of the shots. And even then, my mind has no frame of reference for lighting and reflections in that situation, so who am I to say it’s wrong?

My mind is still boggling over not just the modeling and texturing and composition, but what must have surely been dozens of hours per frame in render time.
